SHEIKH TIJJANI USMAN

In the history of Nigeria, particularly that of Kano State, there should exist a vast saying concerning the life of our famous scholar in person of SHEIKH TIJJANI USMAN ZANGON BARE-BARI popularly known as 'SHEHI NA "YAN MOTA'. History can never forget the contribution given to Islam by this great Scholar. SHEIKH was born at the area called Zangon Bare-bari in -the present day- Kano Municipal local government, in Kano city. He live 56 years and passed in the year of 1970. But within this short range of years that he lived, he made unforgetable contribution that led to the advancement of Islam educationally. Shekh was highly educated and as agreed by the whole Ulama, he was the best in the field of Tafsir i.e the translation of the Holy Book (QUR'AN). He was not only expert on Tafsir but also in some other fields of knowledge like Nahwu, Luga, Fiqh, Hadith and many more. He published so many books before he say bye, among which the MIMIYYAH is included which he published to the all time Sheikh "SHEIKH IBRAHEEM NYASS".
